Description
Genesis were appointed on competitive tender design and build basis to provide a new traditionally built two storey extension to accommodate a new MRI Scanner suite on the ground floor and offices to the first floor.

The location where the extension was to be built was land locked, with the hospital to one side and protected woods to the other. This made getting personnel and materials to site nearly impossible. |

Genesis working closely with the local authorities was able to agree removing a section of protected wood land so access to site was possible for large delivery lorries, excavation equipment and lifting equipment. |

All finishes were of a high standard to ensure the new extension was in keeping with the look of the existing Hospital building. All building works where carried out to CDM Construction (design and management) Regulations ensuring strict guidelines to health and safety during all stages of construction. |

Once the building works were complete the grounds were then landscaped and new trees replanted to the Clients and the local authority satisfaction. |
